Stakeholders are those who have a legitimate interest in the activities of an organization and who influence or are influenced by its decisions. They can be internal or external to the organization.

The map of stakeholders and their expectations has been generated from the results of an internal survey of organizations charged with managing day-to-day relationships with the various categories of stakeholders.
The table shows the entities responsible for ongoing dialogue with the various stakeholders, the tools used and the principal expectations identified.
