The Selection Process
The first step in the selection process is an initial interview to get to know the candidate and introduce the Group. If the outcome of this first meeting is positive, the candidate will then have a more technical follow-up meeting with the head of the relevant area. Once it has been determined that the candidate has the appropriate technical skills and objectives, the selection process may include additional meetings based on the candidate’s experience and specific requirements of the position.
